When I click on the “read pieces here” and click an article, it takes me to the Preamble and I can’t have it read to me like I can on Substack. Is there a way to see the pieces on Substack and have them read??

Same — I think the reason they’re doing it this way is because otherwise we’ll get a ton on emails at once. Substack doesn’t let you send just to Substack inbox. You have to send it to email inboxes as well.

I found a workaround:

Go to The Preamble’s page, tap and hold each new article and save.

They’ll all show up in your Substack inbox for you to read/listen to at your pace

Yeah I don’t like this new format either because I have the same problem. I think it will read it on the app, but you have to click each article individually.

Last week they were all linked within Substack so I could still listen. This week it takes me to the website and I can’t. :( I also can’t figure out how to save them…

If you go to the preamble page in the app, tap and hold the article and save it. You’ll have it in your inbox for when you’re ready to listen. It’s not ideal but it’s a workaround

Is there a reader in your web browser you could try?

THANK YOU!! I'm going to try this now. I miss my morning Preamble, and I LOVE the new deeper dives into topics. But I listen while getting dressed in the morning and don't really have a separate time to just sit and read (unfortunately), so I've been missing out. This will be a game-changer, and I never would have thought if it l. Thank you so much!
