So very well put. What a healthy response to this very human condition. Self searching is important. Boundaries are too.

I have the same physical/mental reaction reading comments on posts made by OTHER people, not even my own! Enormous truth - "Is this person someone whose opinion I would seek out? Would I even take advice from them?"

Lovingly.

You need a therapist !!! 😵‍💫

With the mentality of many in our country much less world, if you pleased everyone you wouldn’t be who you are.

100% honesty that fact that you want to listen to ALL makes you special. We need more who care like you. I’m that way too. All & all if we could get people to realize the value and importance of seeking truths we’d not be in this current disaster. However people love the excitement of the crash and not interested in the sunsets.

Drama. To many want drama because it makes them feel more alive.

In either case I wish you well and keep up the good work.

Don’t be to hard on yourself. Easy for me to say as that’s me in a nutshell. Always to hard on myself.

Hoppy Easter 🐣

This is one of the best things I’ve read in a long time. Your nervous system is doing its job. Yes! Thank you.

Since the internet, people whose nastiness would have been restrained have been empowered to unleash their most vile versions of themselves. There is also a new invasion of trolls who will attack anyone and everyone. Many of them aren't even human. Please bear this in mind and block them immediately.

Yes for sure. I long for the day to come that we have responsibility for what we say or write. Our cars, trucks have identifiable plates to keep us from doing harm. When does that happen with online stuff and accountability ?

To many wanna get their digs in and then hide in the closet.

This to (hopefully) 🙏 will pass someday.
