I’ve had to kind of get out of the habit of scrolling on Facebook bc the new algorithm just wants to feed me news articles it knows will make me feel frustrated and certain official gov’t Facebook pages which make me feel a little scared. I would find myself reading the comments to see if others were feeling the same way, but decided for my peace I needed to stop.
