I KEEP HEARING ABOUT A CASE IN NEW YORK THAT SAYS THE ELECTION WAS RIGGED. HELP?

Listen here, y’all. I’ve had just about enough “the election was rigged” to last my entire life. I’ve developed an allergy to it, at this point — hives are present. I am sure wheezing and a closing off of my airway is next.

This story, though, does not allege that Joe Biden — who is apparently both a fake, decrepit body-double clone and also a mastermind capable of stealing a national election — is behind it. It involves Rockland County, NY, and what a lawsuit says are highly irregular election results.

The petitioners are voters, a nonprofit, and a Senate candidate, who all voted in the 2024 presidential election. The Senate candidate, Diane Sare, likely did not expect to win, but when the results came in, she says, she had concerns about the final vote totals. These concerns led her to seek sworn affidavits from a number of voters, and when taken in total, more people told Sare that they voted for her than were recorded by Rockland County.

But it doesn’t stop at just Sare claiming she got more votes than she did. SMART Elections, the nonprofit involved in the case, says that there are statistical anomalies in the vote totals that appear nearly impossible.

For example, these were the election results for one precinct. You can see that Senate candidate Kirsten Gillibrand received more than 79% of the vote, and Republican Michael Sapraicone received nearly 20%. (The number under the arrow near Sapraicone is 82; it would not display correctly on this screenshot.)

One can see how Diane Sare would be disgruntled, if she had sworn affidavits of multiple people voting for her in this precinct, but zero votes were recorded. But the real statistical anomaly comes when examining the same precinct in the presidential contest.

In the same district where 331 people voted for Kirsten Gillibrand, Rockland County says that zero people voted for Kamala Harris, and that 552 voted for Donald Trump.

Here are the results in another precinct in the county. Nearly 96% of voters chose Kirsten Gillibrand for Senate.

But only 0.20% voted for Kamala Harris, with Donald Trump earning 99.8% of the presidential vote.

The lawsuit alleges shenanigans are afoot. And yeah, it does look fishy.

Until you spend many hours digging through the data, like I did.
