Breaking Down the Supreme Court's Monumental Decisions

If you missed my discussion with law professor

, this is a must watch.

We walked through four of the biggest cases of the year, including the Trump administration’s challenge to birthright citizenship (which was actually a case on whether lower courts can issue rulings that apply nationally). We also talked about case involving a group of parents who sued over LGBTQ content being used in curriculum in a public school system in Maryland, and one involving a Texas law that requires people to verify their age (using an uploaded government ID or third party age verification system) before accessing adult content online.

And there was one move by the Court that surprised both Leah and me.

If you want any additional background on the cases we discussed, give this a read.
